For over ten years I've been helping small businesses implement accounting and business structures. Besides starting my own businesses, I'm a certified management accountant and a controller. I went the CMA route instead of CPA because I'm more interested in managerial accounting than public accounting. Auditing bores me. Helping small businesses grow excites me.

I'm putting together a procedures manual on the A-Z's every entrepreneur, small business owner, and manager should know about accounting, basic business law, basic tax filings, HR, and best practice guidelines for standard departments in a small business.
